TRX Suspension Training
Our TRX Suspension Training Center allows up to 7 participants to work out simultaneously. Private training is available in 30 or 55 minute sessions, and classes incorporatingTRX training can be found by looking for the "-X" suffix on the class schedule.
Many of our classes require a reservation, which can be made through the Client Services tab above. If you wish to take Pilates Reformer classes, we do require at least one private training session before attending class. Private training is an efficient, effective way to learn and practice complex movement patterns. We offer privates movement training by the single session, as well as in packs of 5 or 10 sessions. Email the studio to schedule a session, or give us a call at 360-392-3697.
Pilates Instructor Training
Core Kinetics Pilates is an official host-site for Balanced Body's Pilates InstructorTraining programs. Courses are taught by Carolyn Watson, M.S. and are held throughout the year. For more details about the programs, visit the Balanced Body Instructor Training Program Details page.
